I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop and Malia beach. The dining experience was great, especially the hand-cut steaks. The facilities were top-notch. The only small downside was the paid shuttle service.
